Cursor
Connect Soil to Cursor in one click from the install page, or with one entry in ~/.cursor/mcp.json, then use the same four soil commands.
Connect
-
Fastest: open nativesoil.dev/install and click Add to Cursor (or find Native Soil in cursor.directory). Cursor adds the server · sign in on first use.
-
Manual alternative: add Soil to
~/.cursor/mcp.json. If the file already has anmcpServersobject, add the"soil"entry to it:{ "mcpServers": { "soil": { "url": "https://mcp.nativesoil.dev/mcp/soil" } } } -
In a Cursor chat, run
soil infoto confirm: it returns your project and handover counts, which proves Cursor reached Soil and is authenticated.
